So, how much is membership to the Loxahatchee Club? We answer this in four parts:

  1. Firstly, it's a proprietary membership, giving the homeowner full voting rights and the household family access to all club facilities with zero green fee requirement. 

  2. Secondly, budget for an initiation fee of $100,000 (added to the property purchase price, with $99,000 non-refundable when you sell). 

  3. Thirdly, be ready for an annual CC fee of $23,700 (a smidgen less than $2,000 monthly). 

  4. Finally, add this to community HOA fees of $744 monthly, and $2,650 is the all-in-per-month cost of living in The Loxahatchee Club after swallowing the "get-in-the-gate" $100,000 equity charge.

But of course, for the money discussed above, the CC amenities are impressive. Consider the following:

  • Private party catering is the club's forte in designated clubhouse catering spaces or the members' homes. 
  • The 10,000-square-foot under-air activity center features:
