Mr. Lande started his business career in public accounting in New York. His duties included auditing and tax preparation for several NYC hospitals and nonprofit organizations, as well as several garment center manufacturing and sales concerns. Mr. Lande left Public Accounting in 1985 and focused on real estate construction, management and development. Mr. Lande has been involved in the renovation and construction of major commercial properties throughout the New York City and tri-state area. Some projects include the renovation of Carnegie Hall, Central Park Zoo, The Statue of Liberty, Guggenheim Museum and over 200 public buildings including schools, hospitals and recreational areas. For the past 16 years, Mr. Lande has been involved in the sale, leasing and development of commercial properties in South Florida. Peter holds a degree in accounting from Lehigh University ‘78. Since 1998, He is a licensed real estate sales person in the state of Florida, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
