There are 6 mid-rise buildings (buildings 1 - 6) and and 6 "villa" clusters (clusters 7-12) . The subject property is in building #1 which is a 3-story midrise containing 36 units--12 units on each floor. A storage bin for each unit is in a room on the 2nd floor. Bonaire Village amenities include a clubhouse with a resort style pool, fitness room, billiard & card room, spacious library, a grande auditorium (theater) for events & shows, 1 mile+ walking path winding around the picturesque lake. Also, the monthly maintenance fee includes water & sewer, cable tv, individual unit wi-fi, building insurance, elevator maintenance, laundry room maintenance, exterior maintenance and usage of all clubhouse amenities. Buyers will need to obtain their own ho-6 "walls-in" homeowners insurance which costs on average $1200/year. some of the frequently asked about rules & regulations for the bonaire: 1) at least one occupant must be 55+. 2) any co-occupants must be 18+.
