We get it. Everyone’s special. But this one? This one chose personality. It starts with the plantation shutters on the windows—not the faux blinds situation happening in most of the other homes. These are actual, grown-up shutters. The kind that say, “yes, i upgraded. Intentionally.” then there’s the kitchen—where the new builds will hand you keys and say, “good luck buying a refrigerator.” not here. You get a samsung bespoke refrigerator, which sounds like it belongs in a luxury showroom and, frankly, does.
