This condo is a spacious 2br/2ba has an updated kitchen with beautiful maple cabinets, several pull out drawers (even under sink) & pantry, lazy susan. The stove vents outside (maybe only one that does per seller). Granite counters and pass through window. Kitchen sink was moved in front of pass through so you can see the bay while using the sink. There is room in the kitchen for dinette set. Kitchen faucet just replaced. Several residents have added washer & dryer in the units. There is a community laundry room too. Great room has light wood (oak) floors and beamed ceiling (no popcorn anymore on ceilings). The porch opens to great room and master bedroom. Master toilet was just refurbished plus has new seat. Guest bedroom at opposite end of condo (split design). Closet was removed but can be replaced. Guest bath has tub and shower plus a beautiful cedar ceiling & recessed lighting. This condo has all cement beneath the bathroom shower tiles per seller. Very well built. Windows have been replaced (non-impact) since original per seller and there are hurricane shutters. A/c recently serviced, but very old. See updates to disclosure. Water heater is 1996, guest toilet and dishwasher need replacing. This is a diamond in the rough. It does need tlc, but the value is in the view. in my opinion, this unit should be worth at least $700k if updated with today's upgrades & colors.
