The ownership group also owns 2 twin-engine center console boats for owner use – a 24’ Contender and 26’ Sea Fox. Ownership allows you use of any of the 6 units. Each owner reserves 3 “Planned Weeks” for the calendar year. Once every owner reserves their planned weeks, the Residence Club still has 54% of the weeks “available”.
