So, a total of 48 ownership shares for the property. Each owner has a Deed for 1/8th undivided interest in one of the units. The ownership group also owns 2 twin-engine center console boats for owner use – a 24’ Contender and 26’ Sea Fox. Ownership allows you use of any of the 6 units. Each owner reserves 3 “Planned Weeks” for the calendar year. Once every owner reserves their planned weeks, the Residence Club still has 54% of the weeks “available”. At this point, owners can book a “Space Available” week for any open date in the future. Once the owner has used that week, they can book another “Space Available” week for any open time. Another booking option is the “Short Notice” reservation. This can be done for any available date within 14 days. Frequently Asked Questions Is fractional ownership the same as a time share? Not even close. A fractional ownership gives you ownership (Deed) in a real estate asset. You own an interest in the property, not a block of time. You can buy and sell just like your primary home.
