Not only is it right on the golf course, but you have an expansive water view of the huge pond on #9 and you can see the approach shot to the green and squint to watch them putt! The uniqueness of the lanai is that the house is positioned facing north-northwest. That means you can still see the beautiful sunsets, but your lanai is not heated to the boiling point in the afternoons. It’s the perfect site in my opinion. I submitted the site plan to the cdd and they show that there can be a pool added. Beautiful cabinetry in the kitchen along with granite countertops and upgraded appliances. Right at 2,000 square feet, of living space, the kitchen, dining area, and the living room are an open plan. Plantation shutters and crown molding throughout the home adds to her elegance. Paint is in excellent condition. There are columns in the dining and living room. Then add the trey ceiling in the primary bedroom with ensuite roman walk-in shower, dual walk-in closets and duplicate sinks. On top of that, covered with plantation shutters, the master has sliding doors to the lanai. It is fully and finely furnished. All furnishings are negotiable and available if desired including a very nice golf cart. The double garage along with an additional golf cart garage leaves you with plenty of room for the workshop and your vehicles. Allure loop is just that, with very little traffic and nestled in the villages of buttonwood. As the listing agent, i live right up the street and can assure you it takes by golf cart approximately 13 minutes to arrive at sumter landing (4 miles), 22 minutes to get to spanish springs square (7 miles) and 18 minutes to be in brownwood (5 miles). You couldn’t be in a more centralized location-that’s important in the villages. You’ve got 27 holes of golf (tarpon boil/redfish run/bonita pass) within two blocks. Fishhawk rec center with tennis courts/ pickle ball/bocci/shuffleboard/horseshoes/practice putting green/outdoor pavilion/pool tables along with it’s large pool is also two blocks away as is the senior pool and post office. Cane garden country club is about a mile and a half. They’ve got in my opinion the best chicken tenders in the villages. For added information, this fully furnished home would rent out in the winter months for $8,000-$9,000/month! I know this because we rented our smaller home up the street three years ago for $6,500/month and we’re not on the golf course! This home is currently in probate and according to the lawyers, should be able to close by september’s end or earlier. All furnishings are available. Please check for current property tax value.
