Starting in 1997 and ending in 2007, renowned architect Robert Swedroe was instrumental in all six luxury multifamily skyscrapers (North Tower, South Tower, and the Atlantic series - I, II, and III) on The Point's gorgeous, expansive Aventura real estate footprint. It features over 500 linear feet of sparkling Intracoastal waterway frontage covering the entire eastern perimeter. A deep water canal borders the enclave to its north, and an exclusive large yacht marina defines part of its western borderline.

More specifically, identical twin buildings—better known as the The Point North Tower and The Point South Tower at 21205 and 21055 Yacht Club Drive—arose in 1997 and 2002 - 32 floors high, each offering 288 units for a total of 576 luxury condominium tower residences from 990 to 2,940 square feet UA.

Swedroe collaborated with developer Coscan Atlantic to construct the Atlantic series—Atlantic II in 1996, Atlantic Three in 2000, and Atlantic One in 2007—at 21150, 20150, and 21200 Point Place on the Point campus. These offer 470 incredible condominiums ranging from 606 to 4,171 square feet under air UA.

Finally, in 2022, The Vida Development Group partnered with Jaya Kader Zebede of KZ Architecture and interior designer Steven G (highly respected designers in their specialties) to complete the "Vida in The Point" project at 3750 Yacht Club Drive. The latter contains only six mega-luxury three-story townhomes between 3,200 and 4,000 square feet (UA), with The Point Marina as their backyard feature.

Notably, the Vida fees are lower because they relate to single-family protocols, excluding home insurance (townhouse owners' responsibility) and tower-specific services (like concierge, valet parking, elevator servicing, underground garaging, lobby attendance, etc.).

The 25,000-square-foot Residents' Club and Spa is available to all unit occupants in any of the six developments we have covered above. It starts with 36 acres of landscaped park area that contains barbeque/picnic outdoor spaces, a children’s pool and entertainment area, a broad waterfront promenade, four night-lit Har-Tru tennis courts, and a stunning resort-style waterfront heated pool (with sundeck and loungers).

It continues indoors to a multi-purpose clubhouse providing a gender-centric personal spa treatment center aligned with therapeutic sauna, steam, and whirlpool facilities. This connects to the Point Place Café, the latest-apparatus cardiovascular/weight training hub (including a 1,500 square foot aerobics studio), a nail care facility, a billiard room, a garden room, a library, and a media room.
