Loblolly consists of two neighborhoods, where you can find golf homes, golf villas, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes. There is the Bay neighborhood, with its more casual architecture like wood and cedar-roofed properties, and the Pines, with its island feel evident by stucco homes and tile roofs. As of September 2023, properties range in price from the mid-$500Ks to upwards of several million dollars. HOA fees range from $430 to $610 monthly, and additional condo fees are $1,745 monthly. Loblolly is also a country club, so extra charges apply to those wishing to acquire golf course membership and equity.

The club is located along the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Bay neighborhood features an 80-slip marina, yacht dockage of up to 100 feet, and a boat launch. The Pines’ main attraction is a breathtaking Pete Dye-designed golf course for all skill levels.

The club also has two heated swimming pools, state-of-the-art tennis courts, a fitness center, a spa, two playgrounds, basketball courts, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse features terraces and a gathering place for special functions and events, such as book clubs, bridge games, concerts, and the Loblolly Singers! Furthermore, the community is very family-friendly and works hard to arrange activities that appeal to children of all ages.

You don’t need to look far for dining options. The clubhouse’s own dining establishment, the Pines Grill, is a family-oriented environment and perfect spot for food and cocktails.
