MCZ Centrum redeveloped The Wave Mediterranean architectural apartments (vintage 1969) in Hollywood Beach, converting them to condominiums in 2004. As a result, in that year, condos for sale in The Wave emerged from approximately 551 units in a high-rise 17-story tower facing the Atlantic Ocean, offering buyers over 300 linear feet of beach frontage and direct beach access.
