In 1966, developers constructed an Old Florida coastal Mediterranean multifamily oceanfront building on a highly sought-after real estate footprint at 2899 Collins Avenue, Mid-Beach - a prime location next to Edition and near Faena House. It featured over 200 linear feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage with an 18-story medium-rise tower containing 580 units on the Miami Beach Boardwalk.
