Falls at Parkland - A 2021 Centerline Capital Advisors construction of 106 upscale townhouses (villas) and 349 single family homes around lakes - 1,745 to 2641 square feet (UA). Pine Tree Estates  - This is a farming community (offering no lakes or water features) in the expansive neighborhood within a city, but providing lots of an acre or more accommodating horse stables and fruit orchids. It's the neighbor of the Parkland Equestrian Center and resembles Horseshoe Acres in Boca Raton at a fraction of the price. Two distinctive communities comprise over 600 single family homes, with development beginning in the 1970s and continuing to this day. Expect substantial architectural variance and customization on MLS listings. So, it's possible to buy a smaller home for under $900,000, but large ranch-style homes with complete upgrades sell in the millions.
