Heron Bay is also a must-see with its thirty-four subdivisions across the road. It’s a full-service neighborhood with Cancun-like amenities in two strategically-placed clubhouse complexes. Unfortunately, home prices are higher, starting above $400 per square foot. Also, consider:

Cascata - Newer, but slightly more expensive than Parkland Isles. Mira Lago or Watercrest- Same vintage and price point as Cascata. Parkland Golf And Country Club where you can purchase a home without a golf membership.
