Competition for the Southfields Wellington lifestyle is a challenge to find. We’d say that Horseshoe Acres is closest, followed by Homeland next-door. Also have a look at Grand Prix Village, Palm Beach Point, and Saddle Trail Park, all are Wellington equestrian communities.
