She showed us an initial set of houses in person and gave us great tips on what to look for in the houses. She then continued to help us look at houses remotely (as we were living out of state). When she couldn't make it, she ensured that one of her associates was there to help us out. Once one of our offers went through, she helped us get the overall process done in time - inspection, loan, insurance, closing. Even after closing, she still continued to help us!

I would be remised if I did not take the time to write a review of the amazing work that Courtney Maldonado did. First, I would like to start by saying this woman was the 4th Realtor I came across. At the time of meeting with her I was feeling very hopeless and I truly felt like she was my last resort. This House Market of 2021 is NOT for the weak! It is a LONG, HARD, and STRESSFUL process. But Courtney was with me every step of the way. She is truly a jack of all trades! What I loved about her the most was her vast education in real estate. I was an out of state, military wife with a husband away at training trying to buy a house in a state that I know nothing about. Within 4 months of working with her, I became a real Floridian.
