Erica Beroza, a pivotal figure in Zev Freidus's entrepreneurial journey, brings a wealth of experience to ZFC Real Estate. After earning her degree in business law and accounting from Hofstra University, Erica relocated from Long Island, New York, to Palm Beach County, Florida. Her real estate career began by working with some of Florida's premier real estate attorneys. In this role, maintaining firm operations, coordinating transaction closings and litigation, and working directly with senior partners provided an invaluable foundation. This background perfectly prepared her to assist Zev Freidus—founder of Boca Executive Realty, BEX Realty, and now ZFC Real Estate—in managing the exponential expansion of his ventures. Erica first joined Zev and his original team of 16 agents at Boca Executive Realty in 2007. She consistently held a multifaceted position, contributing both publicly and behind the scenes, as the company rebranded to BEX Realty and expanded nationally. Now, as ZFC Real Estate marks its newest chapter, Erica continues to embrace these diverse responsibilities.
