Marla joined ZFC Real Estate in 2025 after 5 years with Highland Beach Realty and 20 years with Douglas Elliman in the North Shore of Long Island, New York. Born and raised in NYC and Roslyn, Marla and her family have had a presence in Boca since 1975. Specializing in the most exclusive country club & gated communities, Marla offers valuable insights into premium communities such as Boca Bridges, Seven Bridges, St Andrews, Addison Reserve, Broken Sound, and many others.

Marla’s career in both real estate and mortgages has been successful due to her “fresh approach” to the business, and clients know they can trust her. With a proven 20-year track record in Fortune 100 companies in brand marketing and promotion, she applies her unique know-how and negotiating skills for buyers and sellers.

Her strengths include extensive digital and print advertising, social media, special events, PR, and collaborations with vendors and publications for additional exposure. Marla knows whether purchasing a home or selling your home, this may be the most significant financial transaction in your life. Her goal is to have a happy customer and have a lifelong connection.

Marla graduated from University of Miami (BA) and received her master’s degree at Hofstra University (MA in Communications) She held management leadership positions at Revlon, Philip Morris USA and Harper’s Bazaar magazine.
