We can suggest similar themes in Boca Raton, like tennis-centric developments Newport Bay Club, Seasons, and Santa Barbara, with comparable (or lower) real estate values and reasonable HOA fees.
• Also, look at nearby Mizner’s Preserve (homes tend to sell from $1.3 million up), Bristol Pointe, and Grande Orchid - all in Delray Beach. These are all viable competitors and a must-see before pulling the buy-trigger.
