  2. Others similar to (a) above but with fewer upgrades changed hands for $750 - $793 per square foot (UA).
  3. Currently active on the MLS:
    • A 2023 modern construction, asking $1,157 a square foot UA (Category 2 above.)
    • Remodeled 1980 home on the Intracoastal Waterway (a massive step up from canal location visa-wise) asking $1584 a square foot (UA)
    • A dry lot home slotting into Category (3) above, asking $448 per square foot.
