Our pricing analysis over seventeen months showed 28 condos for sale changing hands from $530,000 to $2.3 million - between $430 and $797 per square foot (UA). Notably, this valuation gap (i.e., $367) translates to over $700,000 differential for a 2,000-square-foot unit (UA). Why so high? Because views and seller upgrades impact prices significantly, but it's not an exact science and can get confusing with emotions disrupting conversations.

The mainstream competition to consider rests on the Galt Ocean Mile directly on Fort Lauderdale Beach, with the Intracoastal a couple of hundred yards west.
