According to our review in 2023 of the homes for sale in Ocean Place Estates in Highland Beach, prices are corresponding to around $1,500 per square foot. HOA fees of only 25 cents for every square foot of home ownership (UA) are significantly lower than any luxury community, although the latter offer amenities in their packages.

Southern Palm Beach County Location

Most would call Highland Beach a village, not a town, squeezed between the sea and the Intracoastal Waterway on half a square mile of developed real estate.
