In addition, they've evaluated that Polo Trace is:

- Adjacent to excellent health services
- Minutes from I 95 and the Turnpikes' seamless connection to two international air hubs.
- On the doorstep of the fantastic waterpark Lake Ida and nature reserve Green Cay Wetlands.
So, what's not to like about living in a single family home in Polo Trace? Undoubtedly, the property values are escalating, driven by GL homes activities. And luxury is wholly in the mix with the outstanding amenities in place. However, all that aside, residents always want fast access to coastal city services like banking, boat docking, beauty salons, supermarkets, good education, parks, hospitality, airports, and white sand beaches. Okay! So, don't sweat these issues for a second.
In short, Polo Trace, Delray Beach FL - located off Hagen Ranch Road, west of Jog - is at the center of enough action to keep its residents mobile, engaged, and busy when they need to be.
Alternatives to Polo Trace Homes For Sale

- Start by looking at the other GL Homes non country club communities, The Bridges, Boca Bridges, Lotus, and Seven Bridges. Why? Because if you're prepared to up the bidding to around $1.5 million for a larger residence (e.g., 2.700 sq ft), you could snag a good deal.
- Simultaneously, don’t bypass tennis-centric enclaves Mizner's Preserve and Grande Orchid, both viable competitors with single family homes and resort-style amenities comparable to Polo Trace albeit not new construction.
