When Leonard Albanese and Edward Popkin teamed up as developers (with Tommy Hilfiger as an investor) of a beautiful real estate footprint between Sunrise and Oakland Park Boulevards (featuring 450 linear feet of private white sand beach frontage), one knew sky home seekers were in for something unique.
