Corinthian architecture is the most elaborate, streamlined, and innovative of the ancient Greek eras, and it seems to have been the inspiration behind the developer's idea to stagger the pet-friendly 58 units diagonally in two categories - 1,440 and 1,800 square feet under air (UA) - in such a way as to capture the best azure-sea and tropical foliage views.
- Indeed, all the units from floors three to six, facing north- and southeast, have spectacular aqua-centric outlooks.
- The vistas shift to colorful foliage and obstructed sea-scapes for lower-down residences in the same stacks.
- The few condos on the west side look at single family homes behind the building.
As a result of the diversity above, we expect the MLS prices of the same-size units to reflect significant gaps because tower positioning matters.

Another thing with early-vintage complexes is accepting dated building materials and designs. However, some owners of the three-bedroom/two-and-a-half bathroom and two-bedroom/two-bathroom condos have invested in remodeling their interiors, thus creating additional valuation variance. For example, we've noticed units with upgraded onyx, marble, synthetic, and engineered wood materials on custom cabinetry, wide-plank flooring, countertops, and floating vanities. Also, smart-home technologies, remote offices, and designer lighting. Conversely, others demonstrate only slight improvement over the developer's original handovers. All contain balconies (the penthouses have oversized ones) and high-impact windows and sliders.

Like many competitors up and down the coast, the amenities are impressive. For monthly HOA fees of seventy-four cents for every square foot of condo ownership, this is what new residents can expect access to:
- Beautifully maintained and manicured common garden.
- A restful atrium.
- An inviting heated swimming pool with an expansive sundeck & loungers.
- A tennis court and pickleball court combined.
- A well-equipped cardio & weight training fitness center, plus saunas.

Notably, no concierge, door attendant, or valet services are available in this building (versus many where they are).
