The high pricing in these towers converges mainly on the higher floors with Intracoastal and Ocean views. Owner upgrades also add significantly to property values.

Finally, the enclaves attracting the most attention are One City Plaza, Two City Plaza, City Palms, The Prado, City Place South Tower, Metropolitan, The Whitney610 Clematis and The Strand.

The Edge (a 15-story tower), built in 2007 with units 650 to 1700 square feet under air - on Clear Lake (close to downtown West Palm Beach but west of Dixie Highway) with amenities and mind-boggling water views selling between $550 to $1,495 per square foot (UA). 

Ultra Luxury West Palm Condos

The Bristol, La Clara, One Watermark Place, Esplanade Grande, and Forte on Flagler, (and South Flagler House soon to join this ever growing list of new construction condos in West Palm Beach) emerging between 2003 and 2024, firmly establishing Downtown West Palm Beach as a location for mega-luxury sky homes (as low as 1,300 going as high as 9,000 square feet under air).

Then, unique accommodations a price level lower sell for $600 to $1500+ per square foot (UA), depending on the position in the building, view quality, and seller upgrades. Trianon, Rapallo, Plaza of the Palm Beaches (formerly Trump Plaza), 101 Lofts and Waterview Towers are must-sees for buyers entering this category.

Dropping even further, $450,000 to $900,000 budgets slot in comfortably with pre-2000 vintage complexes (still with fantastic Intracoastal views), such as The Palm Beach House, Villa Lofts, Yacht Club Towers, and Flagler Landing.

Single Family Communities in West Palm Beach

Rural West Palm Beach

If you think the above defines West Palm Beach - no, it's only half the story. The following describes developments in and around West Palm Beach going west.

The rolling green fairways, in-land water peninsulas, and incredible nature preserve on real estate footprints containing championship golf courses with no mandatory membership required. In other words, residents live the secure country club exclusive lifestyle, private and rustic, without the heavy fees of most country clubs. 

The ones that stand out are Breakers West, Bear Lakes Estates, Emerald Dunes, and Lands of the President (a massive complex of several subdivisions). The residences in these communities represent compelling value for patient home seekers who know how to negotiate, often substantially under $1 million.

Traditional gated communities are undoubtedly the category where luxury meets affordability most convincingly. Budgets under $500,000 can find single family homes with security and impressive amenity packages here. They're in rustic-feel environments west of the Turnpike and near or bordering the Grassy Waters reservoir and nature preserve. We draw your attention to the most popular - Terracina, Riverwalk, Andros Isle, and Baywinds.
