We haven't been able to pinpoint the monthly HOA fees when the project finalizes in late 2023 or early 2024, but if that detail is the make or break point, this probably isn't the community for you.

We expect at least $1.80 per square foot of ownership, totaling approximately $7100 monthly for the smallest condo and close to $15,000 for the full-floor units. However, it's only a calculated guess for now.
