The only thing missing from a fully-fledged traditional country club rating is a private golf course and valet services. However, the value speaks for itself, considering that the HOA fees in Seven Bridges, Delray Beach, are $1,103 monthly.

Compare the latter to high-end country clubs with $5000+ monthly membership fees and at least a $100,000 one-off initiation charge (non-refundable). Remember, forty-four private and public golf links are within a five-mile radius of the neighborhood, as are boat docking facilities, watersports, and umpteen nature reserves and parks.
