We used Keith Sonenson on the purchase of this home two years. He was an excellent representative for us so we had no doubts about using him for the sale of the property. Keith was well prepared when we called him and he visited us at home. He had a great analysis of where to list our home. Keith had a terrific photographer come to the house and posted great pictures. Our home first showed up on Realtor about 6pm on a Thursday. At 10am the next day Keith called to tell us our home was very likely sold to a couple who he had already been speaking to for two hours. The couple saw the home the next day and we were in contract by Sunday. And we even made a nice profit after owning this home for just two years. That is not easy to do. Keith went out of his was to sell our home. What ever we needed he was there for us. He even was available to take care of a matter that need attention a week after the house closed. I spoke with Keith before we purchased the property 2 years ago. I was impressed with his knowledge of the area, and appreciated the time he took to speak with me. He also recommended a top-notch condo inspector when I was ready to purchase the condo that was so thorough and Keith stayed with me throughout the entire process of the final closing of my condo. He was truly impressive and to think I purchased a condo in Boca Raton while living in Honolulu, Hawaii ...I needed a strong realtor that could work with me even with the distance that I had. When I told Keith I wanted to gut the entire condo and renovate everything and I lined up many different general contractors to meet with me on one of my trips to Boca he was amazing and stayed in the condo with me and met all of the general contractors to ensure I was protected and that I went with a g.c. that was reputable and very good.
