In 2017 Indian Spring country club - originally part of an active adult 55+ community - changed hands. Concert Golf Partners bought the 900-acre 36-hole magnificent golf course, 52,000 square foot clubhouse, a tennis center with 26 Har-Tru courts (and a 200-seat stadium court), an Olympic-size swimming pool, and a state-of-the-art spa, excellent dining facilities, and a fitness center - lock, stock, and barrel. Thus, in one fell swoop, Indian Spring in Boynton Beach converted from a traditional mandatory membership country club to a non-equity and non-compulsory connection if living on the campus. The move was similar to Polo Trace, except in the latter case, the buyer - GL Homes - converted the golf links to residential lots for single family home construction. Although it has remained "active adult.," the Indian Springs community is no longer full-service unless residents join or remain members of the Concert Group-owned club (still a phenomenal convenience and well-priced option).

Homes for sale in Indian Spring Country Club are part of the original 1,917 golf homes divided into 24 subdivisions, embracing pre-1990 coastal Mediterranean architecture.
