However, despite the significant variance in views and renovations in the tower’s units, closings of condos for sale in 2023 were no less than $644 per square foot (UA) and much higher. For example:
- A 1225 square foot (UA) condo closed at $920,000 (a whopping $775 per square foot UA)
- A 666 square foot (UA) one-bedroom studio fetched $713 per square foot (UA).
