In addition, community tennis, basketball, spas, and Cancun-style pool settings don't exist. Instead, you get privacy, security, and common area maintenance, and that's the complete package.

Central Boca Raton Location
Le Lac is near numerous private golf and tennis memberships, every city convenience, hundreds of restaurants, and A-rated public schools. Also, it's a few minutes drive to the nearest white sand beaches and healthcare facilities. Again you might respond, "That's great, but the communities mentioned above are a "stone's throw" from Le Lac." And so are others like The Oaks, Seasons, Fieldbrook Estates with 1 acre lots, Woodfield CC. Thus, they're all as conveniently located in Central Boca Raton, alongside other compelling benefits.
Many residents belong to the Boca Raton Resort and Club to dock their sea-going yachts and enjoy the ocean experience at its best. Notably, the distance away is only ten miles as is Mizner Park, Gumbo Limbo Nature Center and numerous movie theaters and entertainment options. In addition, getting to Boca's airport (KBCT), a robust hub for private jets, takes a speedy thirteen minutes.
Le Lac Boca Raton Community
Over the years, Le Lac has earned the reputation for offering thirty-two resident owners homesteads ranging from one to twelve acres positioned on interconnected waterways occupying twenty-five percent of the two hundred acres. They feature expansive guest accommodations, private tennis courts, and basketball courts, kids' playgrounds, and in-door technology-centric gyms. Indeed.
In addition, the central lake is massive, permitting homeowners and their guests to water and jet ski, canoe, and kayak at their leisure. These benefits are unique, earmarking it as the only gated community that allows this level of outdoor water activity. Moreover, the latter doesn't bother resident neighbors because Le Lac's open spaces permit it as a seamless luxury.

If the HOA levies are a worry, you should probably not be considering this community. Nonetheless, the HOA fees of $1,125 monthly and zero equity are substantially less than CCs that can exceed $5000 per month (plus non-refundable equity payments of $100,000 or more).
Le Lac Real Estate Prices
As you can imagine, home sales occur only occasionally, the most recent being residences measuring:
- 7,730 sq. ft. (UA) for $5,950,000 ($812 per sq. ft).
- 12,665 sq. ft. (UA) for $6,500,000 ($517 per sq. ft.).
A 2.3-acre waterfront lot in Le Lac for $2,700,000 also changed hands in December. The only property on offer currently is an approximate seven-acre lot going at $1,000,000 per acre. In our view, the best option for interested buyers is to purchase land and build a customized residence. However one decides, estate homes or multi-acre lots, it takes patience, negotiation skills, and lots of money to contemplate enticing possibilities in this truly one-of-a-kind community.

Other "no-amenities-on-a community-level" super-luxury homes worth looking at are: Foxe Chase, Fieldbrook Estates (intensive security), Horseshoe Acres, especially if you're into farming fruit trees and horses.
