Boca Raton, west of Lyons, has been springboarding off the prolific construction throughout the area resulting in modern resort-style neighborhoods popping up left, right, and center under the wing of prominent developer GL Homes. The latter is famous for introducing the Bridges family of communities and Lotus (one completed and Lotus Palm just getting started). For the first time in decades, beginning in 2013, homes with price tags of over $4 million and many above $2 million became commonplace in West Boca Raton, bringing it into a new value category.

As a result, many of the pre-2000 vintage suburbs benefited from renewed interest, springboarding off the GL Homes aura. And Boca Chase homes for sale were no exception as resident families living in 1,400 Single Family houses, villas, and townhomes spread over 15 unique sub-communities welcomed the newcomers. Indeed, Lennar Corporation (another reputable developer) opened the first units to home seekers during the 1980s, with significant follow-up construction creating accommodations between 1,200 to 4,000 square feet under air (UA) - two to five bedrooms. The entry to the ungated expansive footprint that defines the Boca Chase campus is in Boca Raton, off 441 State Road 7, between Yamato Road and Clint Moore Road, with its northern border extending to align with the latter thoroughfare. Its western edge touches a primary nature preserve merging with The Everglades. Waterways wind through the landscape with gorgeous flowing tropical foliage and palms; a sparkling twenty-five-acre lake takes up 50% of the community’s linear length on the south side. As a result, aqua-centric and garden vistas greet homeowners from backyards, trails in-community, sidewalks, and numerous other vantage points, creating a peaceful, stress-releasing theme in a family-friendly enclave.
