Boca Grove Plantation is a mandatory membership golf and country club located in central Boca Raton. Originally developed in the 1980’s, there are a total of 444 Boca Grove Plantation homes which range in size from 1,500 square foot condos to single family homes over 13,000 square feet. Many of the luxury homes for sale in Boca Grove Plantation are now being torn down and new custom homes are being built.

Mandarin Dr is the main road that loops through the community and is lined with custom homes. With the exception of a few homes that back to the Florida Turnpike, almost all the homes have views of the Boca Grove golf course. There are a total of 250 custom designed homes in the main section of the Boca Grove Plantation community.

There are also several subdivisions that offer alternative living options. The Chateau is a full-service concierge condo building with 24 residences, each with its own private elevator and garage. Coventry in The Grove is a zero-lot line single family home subdivision located on the 1st and 5th hole of the championship golf course with a mix of single story and two-story homes. The Estates which is the section adjacent to the Powerline Rd entrance on Frontenac Ct is a small subdivision of custom homes ranging from 3,600 to over 9,000 square feet.

Gardens in the Grove, also known as Le Jardin in the Grove is a pair of 12-unit buildings with and 2 and 3 bedroom units between 1,548 and 1,925 square feet of space. Islands in the Grove is a zero-lot line subdivision of 56 single family homes where the exterior of the homes are maintained by the Island HOA. The Los Rayos subdivision consists of 24 townhouses on Campo Florido built in the 1980’s and 10 zero lot line courtyard homes that were built later between 1994 and 2000.
