Broken Sound Country Club is a gated, mandatory membership award-winning golf and country club community located in an A rated school district in central Boca Raton. The main section of the community, which includes 26 of the 27 villages and the main 100,000 square foot clubhouse, is easily accessible via 2 entrances, one located on Yamato Rd or one on Clint Moore Rd.

There is one village, The Banyans, which is located outside of the main gates on the opposite side of Clint Moore which includes 269 single family homes. The Banyans is mere minutes away from the Clubhouse by car and has its own separate entrance and dedicated guard gate.

The main clubhouse underwent a $30 million renovation to update the club and amenities in 2020 / 2021. 

There are over 1600 homes in Broken Sound Country Club ranging from single family custom estate homes, single family patio homes, condos, townhouses and villas spanning over 1000 acres of manicured, well maintained, lush landscaping. All Broken Sound homes require a one-time, non-refundable capital contribution fee plus the annual dues.

Two Championship Golf Courses to Choose From

Broken Sound Country Club boasts two exceptional golf courses that cater to the diverse preferences of golf enthusiasts. Broken Sound Club Membership Fees

There are 3 levels of membership in Broken Sound Country Club; Sports which is the minimum package available that meets the mandatory membership requirement, New Course Golf Membership and Old Course Golf Membership which are both optional.

The sports membership includes tennis (23 Har-Tru Courts), pickle-ball, aquatics club, social and access to the 38,000 square foot Moonstone Spa & Fitness Center. The aquatics club features both an adult and junior’s pool as well as an Olympic style lap pool.

The New Course Golf Membership includes all the benefits of a sports membership plus access to play the 18 hole New Course. The New Course is located within the residential community while the Old Course is located just outside of the community on the corner of Yamato Rd and Military Trail.

The Old Course Membership includes all benefits of a sports membership plus golf on both the Old and New Course. The Old Course is an 18 hole, Joe Lee designed championship golf course and clubhouse which has in the past hosted the PGA Tour Champions season opener. All memberships include access to four dining rooms, lounges and cafes however there is no food and drink minimums unlike many other country clubs in Boca.

  • Annual Club dues are $32,237 (+ 7% Tax, + $7,583 Annual Capital Replacement Contribution)

All membership categories come with additional fees that include a Service Charges of $2,400 (+ 7% Tax, billed at $200/month), as well as Master Plan & Renovation Assessments of $2,328 (billed at $194/month). 

New Course and Old Course Golf Memberships also come with additional Golf Cart Usage Fees:  For all Golf Members, a $1,400 annual usage fee (plus $40 cart fee per round, + 7% Tax); or an upgraded family unlimited usage fee of $2,750 (+ 7% Tax); or an upgraded individual unlimited usage fee of $2,450 (+ 7% Tax). 

Additionally, each subdivision has it's own Homeowners' Association (HOA) fees that are in addition to the above Club fees.
