Two townhouse developments sprung up on central Boca Raton’s landscape between 2008 and 2012 - Centra and Central Park. No, they're not the same developer: Lennar Homes constructed the Townhouses for sale in Central Park, while Stiles Corporation and Label & Co were involved in the other. However, we believe both communities represent great value buys - dollar for dollar - applicable to house or condominium seekers looking for under $700,000 luxury accommodation with resident amenities. The one significant difference is that Central Park is not gated (whereas Centra is). Vintage 2008, Central Park townhomes range from just over 1600 to slightly above 2000 sq ft under-air (UA), with prices at around $300 per square foot (i.e., prices change over time, so keep checking here for updates). Notably, it's double the $150 per square foot launch price. Some of the units are lake-facing with spectacular vistas that include flourishing tropical plant foliage, and the rest are garden views in an immaculately landscaped enclave. 

The Lennar package included:

  • A park-like setting with manicured gardens, restful gazebos in green spaces, resident promenades, and wide sidewalks.
  • High-impact glass doors and windows.
  • Two-car garages.
  • Concrete block and stucco structure (CBS) throughout.
  • Courtyard entryways, master suite terraces, and atriums (in some models).
  • GE stainless steel appliances.
  • A clubhouse with a nicely equipped exercise room, heated community pool, and sundeck.
  • The traditional and enduring Boca theme influenced by Addison Mizner (i.e., Mediterranean with Spanish Revival architecture).
  • Sustainable HOA fees under $300 and affordable to most

Fourteen years later, with contemporary construction emerging all over the city, many Central homeowners have remodeled internally. As a result, interested buyers may be fortunate to discover Central Park homes for sale contain:
