Monthly HOA fees of $250 (over and above annual country club dues) cover the guard-gated security at three entrances, community grounds maintenance, unsurpassed resident privacy, jogging/ biking trails, and beautiful picnic spots. The only closed transaction we could find in three years was for $1,700,000 - $318 per square foot (UA), which appears to be at the lower end of what one can expect in this subdivision for future listings.
