Boca Woods Country Club is an all age golf community in West Boca Raton. There are several country clubs in Boca Raton, mostly on or close to Jog Road, including Woodfield Country Club, Broken Sound, Polo Club, Boca Grove, and Addison Reserve all in the heart of Boca Raton. Most of them pre-date 2000. Boca Greens and Boca Woods Country Club are located west of State Road 7.
The theme of a Country Club is to create a feeling of comradery around several activities, including golf, tennis, pickleball, and ongoing social events held in clubhouses and in-community restaurants.
However, with it comes establishing watertight security at the entrances & patrols, valet services, maintaining at least eighteen hole golf courses, tennis, and fitness centers, basketball courts, elaborate pool decks with loungers, cabanas, and poolside service.

So, we believe this home price make it a viable consideration if the Country Club lifestyle appeals to you at more affordable levels.

They represent reasonable property pricing (consistently under $1 million for a SF house) and significantly lower HOA fees (under $800 monthly). Equity payments aren’t in the mix.
