Boca Raton's real estate marketplace was one of the hottest in the two years post-COVID-19 era. The migration of new residents from up north turned into a chase for single family homes, townhomes, and condos. Central Boca Raton - around the Powerline Road and Glades Road intersection - was one of the trendiest city opportunities. Homes for sale in Estancia Boca Raton, a development of 363 solid CBS construction single family homes (vintage 1970s and 1980s), were prominent examples of the regeneration trend described above. Prospective buyers were impressed by the oversized lots (from half to three-quarter acres) and the diverse dimensions ranging from under 2,000 to over 5,000 square feet under air. On the other end of the scale, buyers could pick up a few ranches and bungalows with few upgrades at relatively low prices as after-closing renovation projects.
