We should point out that various multifamily residential enclaves within the community of Boca Pointe offer residents subdivision amenities (such as a heated pool, clubhouse with party rooms, etc.) Also, the fees reflect for multifamily buildings maintenance, roof repairs, insurance, installation of high-impact windows and doors, resident parking, extra storage, lobby renovations, and similar. In addition, all home types contribute to campus upkeep (also covered by the CC) and the security (mentioned above) that protects everyone. A single family residence typically pays monthly HOA fees of around $500 or less. Palm Beach County Location
Boca Pointe is east of Florida's Turnpike, east and west of Powerline (the extension of Jog Road that bisects it), and slightly south of Camino Real. Thus, it provides 1-2-3 access to Intracoastal boat docking, white sand beaches, Downtown Boca's over 100 restaurants, boutique outlets, Royal Palm Plaza & Mizner Park shopping centers, bars, coffee shops, and, of course, the iconic Boca Resort (a world-famous visitor and member leisure center).
Even closer are big city conveniences in an extensive commercial infrastructure delivering supermarkets, banks, excellent schools (see below), more eateries, parks, and more. The I95 or the turnpike, drivable in a few minutes, gets you quickly north or south to two international airports. Thus, living the non-equity way in a CC doesn't imply a loss of seamless connection to the benefits the latter offers in-community.
